How the practice works

Cancelling or moving a visit

Tell us as soon as you know, by phone or text. If you can give us a full day, we can offer the time to someone else.

Clean needles

Needles are sterile and single-use. They are opened in front of you and put in a sharps container when the visit is over. Hands are washed before and after each visit, and the table and the cups are cleaned between people.

Herbs

Tamarack does not sell or recommend herbs. If you take herbs, supplements or medicines, bring a list so Naoki knows everything you take.

Your records

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows.

Access

The entrance has a ramp and the treatment room has space for a mobility device. Tell us what would help, and we will set it up before you come.
