Naoki Higa

Licensed acupuncturist and owner

Tamarack is one person and one treatment room on SW 6th Street in Redmond.

Naoki sees trail runners, skiers and climbers one at a time, with enough room in the schedule to talk about what your week looks like. He explains each step before it happens, and he will tell you when a visit isn't what you need and who to see instead.

The room

One quiet room, one table

There is one treatment room, so nobody else is being seen next door.

  • A padded table

With a blanket and a pillow for under your knees, so you can lie comfortably for 20 to 30 minutes.

  • A heat lamp if you want one

Ask for it when you lie down. It is off unless you say yes.

  • A sink within reach

Hands are washed before and after every visit.
